Registered Manager-Children's HomeLocation: MelkshamFull-time positionSalary: £50.000+joining bonusBrook Street Social Care is recruiting on behalf of a client specialised in supporting children and young people in their every-day activities to create them the opportunity to enjoy life from a young age regardless the challenges they have experienced previously.The organisation is due to open a brand new Residential Home for Children in Salisbury and they are seeking for a Registered Manager to head up the new home.About the role:Oversee daily staff deployment and operationsParticipate in staff recruitment, monitoring, training, retention, and mentoring processesPromote personal and professional growth through appropriate task delegationManage overall operations effectivelyDevelop and maintain a comprehensive training plan, including induction, in compliance with the Care Standards ActManage the environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements, ensuring proper monitoring and documentationSafeguard children and young people's health, welfare, and development both within and outside the homeFoster positive relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other professionals involved in the children's care About you:You must have knowledge about company policies, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality StandardsYou must be flexible and participate in the on-call systemYou must have experience with Ofsted Benefits:Excellent relocation packaged offered up to28 days holiday plus bank holidaysEmployee assistance programmeRefer a friend schemeChristmas Bonus If you are looking for your next challenge in your career do not hesitate and apply online, or give us a call on:(phone number removed) and ask to speak with Karmen.We look forward to hearing from you
