My client is looking for a Senior Test Automation Specialist to enhance the efficiency of software development and delivery through robust test automation solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise in test automation, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute test automation strategies to optimize testing processes.
  • Provide technical leadership for automation initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement test automation tools and frameworks suited to project needs.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, applying practices like TDD, BDD, and Continuous Testing.
  • Automate testing for both Functional and Non-Functional requirements, including data-driven projects.
  • Design and implement automated tests for networking technologies and APIs.
  • Follow best practices in software development and testing.
  • Develop tests using frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or NUnit.
  • Analyze system logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities.
