Job DescriptionLettings Inventory Clerk - Weston Super Mare - 26.5kMy client is a leading independent multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been in the area for over 25 years. Due to continued growth within their Lettings Department they are looking for a Lettings Inventory Clerk to cover the Weston Burnham and Nailsea area carrying out inventories inspections check ins/outs.Duties to include:Submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basisBuild effective and warm relationships with tenants whilst conducting mid-terms inspectionsUndertake inventory and check-out services on properties with a keen eye and attention to detailMeet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of workAttend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventorys check ins check outs midterm inspections LRAsExperienceProven experience in an administrative role preferably within an inventory or office setting.Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous but not mandatory.Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Company carCompany pensionSchedule:Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm 30 Minute lunch breakNo weekendsExperience:Inventory: 1 year (required)The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
