White Raven Resourcing are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.A well established and expanding timber goods supplier is seeking numerous Warehouse FLT Drivers to join its busy Warehouse teams across 4 St Helens based premises. We are looking for hard working, dedicated team players. Stacking, packing and banding will be required for this role.Duties and responsibilitiesUnloading deliveries from suppliers/our own FactoryRetrieving stock from location on the counterbalance/Reach fork lift truck and putting away as necessary using in house computer system/hand held PDAPicking and packing orders as required.Handling all goods with care and reporting any damaged as per company policies.Monitoring and reporting all HSE issuesSupporting and maintaining a clean as you go policyAny other duties assigned by the management.Loading vehicle with orders for delivery to our customers.Working conditionsThe successful candidate will be working in a modern layout warehouse environment.Some outside work will be required when loading/unloading (outside workwear provided)Requirements Qualifications/ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role.Fork Lift Truck licenseCounterbalance and Reach - Licences must be in date and externally accreditedExcellent communication skills.Experience in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.Experience with warehouse management systems.Experience with PDA functionality.Must be capable of working unsupervised to meet specific deadlines.Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members.A positive and enthusiastic drive towards work.Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is an advantage.Physically fit as the role does require some heavy lifting.Flexible and willing to go the extra mile.Take reasonable care of your own health and safety.Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to your manager.Any H & S qualifications and experience will be highly advantageous.Attend daily briefings and complete health and safety related toolbox talk paperworkBenefitsWhat we can offer youMonday to Friday hours between 0700-1730 depending on site.£13.21 per hour (42.5 hour week) Permanent Contract with Cheshire Mouldings 42.5 hours per weekWeekly PayTwo 15-minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch28 days holiday including Bank holiday and ChristmasClose to transport linksSt Helens Junction Train StationTPBN1_UKTJ
