ICU Clinical Nurse Manager

This full-time role offers a salary of up to £51,000 along with outstanding benefits. You'll be working in the UK’s largest private critical care unit, equipped with the latest technology to give specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients. As the ITU Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Directing the department and supporting the Intensive Care Matron.
- Overseeing and mentoring team members within the clinical area.
- Supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical direction.
- Managing the budget and ensuring patient safety and an exceptional patient experience within the unit.
- Adhering to clinical governance and CQC guidelines and standards.

The ideal ICU Clinical Nurse Manager will have:
- A registered general nursing qualification combined with a post-graduate degree.
- A qualification in Intensive Care.
- Previous team Management and development experience.
- A solid awareness of clinical governance, quality, and risk in the context of patient safety.
