The Role
We are looking for a driven Junior Brand Manager with a solid grasp of digital marketing and a keen interest in emerging technologies like AI. You will lead the brand strategy for Plantur and V-San in the UK and ROI, creating impactful marketing campaigns that align with our global vision.
Join us as we grow our newly established and fast-expanding UK business unit. We need an ambitious, hands-on team player ready to dive in and make a significant impact.

- The role requires full time in the office initially to ensure integration with upcoming projects, getting to know the brands and implementation of the UK strategy.
- Opportunity to travel for business trips and collaboration across the different markets
- Integration with the international team based in Bielefeld, Germany.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and execute UK & ROI strategy to drive growth of the Plantur & Dr. Wolff’s V-San brand and products in line with business objectives
- Lead the digital strategy for the UK working closely with the digital business unit ‘eWolff’ based in Germany to maximise the impact of our campaigns
- Conduct market research, monitor customer feedback and competitor activity in order to make data-driven decisions and stay up to date with the market
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, traditional and retail activations to achieve business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and collaborate on projects and campaigns
- Develop and manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Monitor and report on campaign and product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage and develop the relationship between our media & creative agency partners
Requirements:
- Experience in brand management or marketing with a focus on consumer products, preferably in the personal care industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies and their potential application to business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Passion for the Plantur brand and the hair care/beauty industry as well as an understanding of the Woman’s intimate Health care market
