· Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience in Software development.

· Development 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Leadership position Technical Skills Required: LANSA, Visual LANSA for iSeries.

· Functional Experience Required: ACBS Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with clients Added bonus if you. have: Additionally, these skills a plus: SQL; AS400, iSeries, QM Queries; Quest view Experience with ETL tools (For example: SAP Data)

· Application Development System Designer/Technical Lead for very large projects with a duration of over 10,000 hours or 6 months

Responsibility -

· Analyzes requirements and translates business requirements into product designs.

· Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.

· Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.

· Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.

· Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.

· Maintains, tests and integrates application components.

· Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.

· Responsibility

· Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
