Corporate Banking Support Officer – Mandarin Speaker

I’m working with an international bank in recruiting an individual to assist the Corporate Banking department in operational and administrative matters
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, internal reports/reviews and administrative communications;
- Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues and client feedback. Working with cross-functional teams.
- Collate monthly, quarterly and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure RMs provide timely updates;
Experience in a similar environment is a must and knowledge of transactional banking products or related services. Due to the clients you will be interacting with, fluency in Mandarin is also essential.
