CMA HR Division is recruiting for a flourishing organisation based near Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit a HR Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis.Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the aim of the role is to provide a proactive and effective service to the people team and wider businessWhat will HR Coordinator role involve?
- Manage People-related transactional administration according to agreed processes, principles, service standards, and time frames.
- Serve as the first point of contact for low-level general enquiries regarding employment relationships, using People systems.
- Collaborate with People and Payroll teams to provide a seamless experience for leaders and colleagues.
- Support the wider People team during events or additional resourcing needs, including temporary assistance for coordinators in other teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely use, filing, and maintenance of HRIS and electronic personal files in compliance with GDPR and legislative requirements.
Suitable Candidate for HR Coordinator vacancy:
- CIPD qualification desirable,
- Basic understanding of GDPR and experienced in the management of HR systems
- Clear and confident communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to adapt communication style in given situations;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint.
