Roles & Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask materials to prepare for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly treated for optimal paint adhesion and finish. Paint Application: Apply primers, topcoats, and specialised finishes using a range of spray equipment and techniques to achieve a consistent, high-quality result. Quality Assurance: Inspect painted components for colour accuracy, surface consistency, and finish quality, making adjustments as required to meet specification standards. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain spray booths, guns, and associated equipment, ensuring they are cleaned, serviced, and ready for use to minimise downtime.
