Clinical Care Consultant - Freelance Opportunity at Team Care

Team Care is seeking a Clinical Care Consultant with extensive knowledge in clinical care and compliance to support new clients aiming to become CQC-registered. As demand for online clinical care services grows—helping alleviate GP and hospital workloads—we need a skilled consultant who can guide clients through the CQC registration process and establish compliant and effective care services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans and Statements of Purpose aligned with clinical care requirements.
  • Adapt and create necessary policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assess financial viability for each setup.
  • Provide expert advice throughout the interim period, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of compliance needs for different care setups.
  • Experience in supporting CQC registration, ideally completing within a 28-day timeframe.
  • Ability to hit the ground running while maintaining the high standard of service Team Care is known for.



Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of healthcare protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
  • Professional certification or licensure in a relevant field
