Job descriptionService Advisor, Location: Swindon"Are you enthusiastic, reliable, organised, and hard working?""Have you got at least 1 year experience within a dealership working in the service department?""Are you looking to start a fresh within a new and supportive service team?"Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience- Listen to customer concerns and address them promptly and professionally- Provide accurate and detailed information about services and products- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate- Schedule appointments and manage service orders- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance- Process payments and handle cash transactions- Maintain customer records and update information as neededSkills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers- Cash handling experience, including processing payments and providing accurate change- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products to customers- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs or maintenance- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, service orders, and customer records Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to Friday8:00 am - 5:30 pmExperience:service advisor: 1 year (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
