We are currently partnered with an international, US headquartered law firm who are looking to grow their Leveraged Finance team in London with the addition of a new associate. The team advises leading corporates, funds and financial institutions on their most significant and complex transactions with experience spanning financial services, private equity, infrastructure, energy and real estate.In this role you will:Advise on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, including refinancings, recapitilisations and syndicated lending.Act for both sponsor clients and lender-side institutions in multi-jurisdictional deals.Draft and negotiation credit agreements, security and inter-creditor documents.Manage transactions from deal inception through to closing.Collaborate across teams and international offices on cross-border matters, contributing to business development and client-relationship management.Key requirements:Qualified solicitor with min. 3 years post qualified experience in leveraged finance (lender and/or sponsor-side experience essential).Demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and handling cross-border matters.A track record from a highly ranked team with a commercial and pragmatic outlook.Strong academic record from reputable insitution.For more information, please contact harrisonstiles@hydrogengroup.com
