Were on the hunt for anext-level IT Service Desk Technicianwhos proactive passionate and ready to take ownership of our tech landscape.About the day to dayBe the first point of contact for all IT support queriesdelivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 Office apps and internal systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software mobile and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity.Build and configure devices for new joiners ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Maintain and support end-user techfrom laptops to printers to meeting room setups.Log track and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care.Spot patterns dig deep into recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.Create and maintain clear user-friendly documentation to support the wider team.Own your work. Drive continuous improvement. Keep the business moving.About you...What You Bring to the TableProven experience in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Intune Azure and Windows 10/11.A natural communicatorclear confident and calm under pressure.A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results.Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management.Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications required.What Makes You a RockstarYoure not just reactiveyoure proactive.
