The Role: Associate Recruiter As an associate Recruiter at HIA Legal, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of legal recruitment, working closely with prestigious law firms and innovative in-house teams in the UK and US. This is not just about filling roles—it’s about building relationships, understanding the legal market, and making a real impact on careers and businesses. What You’ll Do Source and engage top-tier legal talent through creative and proactive methods. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
