Midweight Creative

Are you a talented midweight creative who loves the challenge of creating new visual identities from the ground up. Experience matters, but we won’t talk numbers, but you will have some solid creative industry experience under your belt, ideally gained agency side, plus a real desire to work within an agency where your ideas will matter and your work will count?

Do you enjoy the challenge of managing projects, liaising with client professionally, handing projects over to developers and freelancers, whilst applying digital design and branding, juggling XD and Figma prototypes with your ideas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building brand identities from the bottom up, using insights provided by the Creative Director during client workshops and meetings
• Designing websites in Figma/XD and Webflow
• Take responsibility for projects from beginning to end, build a positive relationship with the client and engage them with creative concepts and ideas.
• Work with website developers to realise your website concepts to build.
• You will work across a variety of sectors from the entrepreneurial recruitment firms, defence sector, public sector, government and learning platforms, clients big and small, its going to be interesting
• This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the studio and 2 days from home.

To succeed:

• Responsible for owning your own work and taking early stage briefs from the Creative Director and account manager, developing them into visually stunning pieces.
• Work with the Creative Director and Senior Designer to create see through to completion creative campaigns.
• Project Management and being motivated to problem solve.
• Design in the form of branding, print, web design, videos and photography, creative campaigns etc.
• Continually seeking ways to improve your own, the team's and company’s methods and results.
• Ensure all your work is presented to the client at the highest standard regardless of the stage of the project.
• The standard industry tools; solid in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD / Figma with desirable skills in After Effects, Premier Pro, Webflow and Canva.

We're offering a salary of £34,000 to £37,000 depending on experience, skillset and quality of work.
