If so, then this SEMH Teaching Assistant role is for you This is a Temp-to-Perm role, starting ASAP at a Secondary Alternative Education Provision in Bury. Role: Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant at Secondary Alternative Provision in Bury. Start: ASAP. Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. Contract: Temp-to-Perm – could move onto contract at end of 12 weeks. Pay - £95-110/day DOE for first 12 weeks. Paid PAYE direct via Step Teachers. We don’t use umbrella companies Equal pay to perm staff in similar role from 13th weeks onwards anyway, if staying temp at this point. Free CPD – Via Step Teachers, The National College & Creative Education DBS Refunds – new applications refunded after 20 days of work with us.
