Were now looking to bring in a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our team and build a career in IT support while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.Responsibilities:Setting up and maintaining user accounts and access permissionsInstalling configuring and updating hardware & softwareTroubleshooting user issues supporting laptops printers and mobile devicesLearning the basics of networking and IT securityHelping roll out new IT systems and updates across the companyProviding excellent customer service to colleagues at all levelsDocumenting solutions and maintaining IT recordsYou dont need previous IT work experience well provide the full training.
