Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse or Leisure sector?Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £40million and operate within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.Having recently secured 2 New Build projects with contract value of £15m each, it is an ideal time for client to strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of a Senior QS. You will have an AQS working closely with you and you will report directly to the Commercial Director/Owner.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
