Purchase Ledger Clerk

A manufacturing company in Sittingbourne is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a two-month temporary contract to help clear a backlog and cover holiday leave. Experience with SAP and proof of purchase handling is preferred. The role requires an immediate start within the next two weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Assist with month-end reporting.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
  • SAP system proficiency preferred.
