Associate Building Regulations Principal Designer Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 A well-established, values-driven multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Regulations Principal Designer to join its Building Regulations Principal Designer and Building Safety Act team. The role will be based in London and will support projects across the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead all Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) commissions, including resource coordination, fee management, and reporting to the Director of Health & Safety Coordinate internal technical specialists (architecture, building surveying, structures, and building services) to support organisational competence for BRPD duties Review and comment on design risk and compliance documentation Produce, review, and update compliance risk registers and project coordination records Support clients with competence declarations Oversee reviews of full design packages, coordinating technical input from internal specialists and ...
