Club House Assistant - Permanent, West Silvertown (E16)Hours: 16 per week, 9am - 6pm Saturday & SundayRate of pay: £11.44 Per hourDuties & Responsibilities * To be the front of house face for the Clubhouse at the weekends in the busy periods. * To check memberships on entrance of people who are using alternative access to get into the gym. * Support in managing the security of the club house, preventing non-members accessing the facilities. * Support in managing any daily complaints. * Ensure you are there to help with any questions at the front of the clubhouse when needed. * To maintain a friendly and professional welcome service to the residents. * To ensure that residents adhere to the rules in the spa area and make sure it’s a safe place for all residents to use and enjoy. * To be the point of contact for any questions or queries from residents. * Supporting in maintaining the cleaning levels for all areas of the club house. * Support in reporting any maintenance issues. * First responder to any first aid/health issues within the gym and wet areas. * Support with inductions/b.life tickets when required.Skills & Experience * Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients. * Passionate, lively, approachable and charismatic. * Good team player. * Ability to offer constructive advice to others. * Good working knowledge of health & safety. * Face to face customer services experience. * Ensure that you can enforce rules and regulations.Ballymore operates as an equal opportunities employer
