As a key member of the leadership team you will oversee day-to-day clinical and resource management drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services you will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting staff development fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support nursing staff to deliver safe high-quality patient care.Oversee daily operational management including clinical governance staffing and resource allocation.Drive initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.Support staff recruitment rostering and performance management.Contribute to the hospitals strategic and operational objectives as part of the management team.About YouTo succeed in this role you will bring:Current registration with AHPRA and relevant nursing qualifications.Minimum eight years post-graduate experience with recent management experience in a hospital setting.Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor develop and inspire clinical teams.Strong financial human resource and operational management skills.Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Highly RegardedPost-graduate qualifications in management or specialty nursing.Experience in surgical critical care or emergency nursing.Membership of a relevant professional organisation.Whats in it for youProfessional Advancement:Recognition Rewards Professional Development and Employee referral programs.
