About The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Convenience Finance team to own and develop the FP&A systems within the team, monitoring the performance of Convenience business unit’s P&L and advising a wide array of stakeholders in the Morrisons group of performance.Key Responsibilities/accountabilitiesOwnership of the single source of truth for Convenience EBITDA Preparation of weekly and periodic P&L, comparing performance with prior year and budget Consolidating budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances Point of contact for Finance to Finance queries for the Convenience business unit Collaborative work with the business partnering teams to ensure forecast submissions are on time and effectively articulated Supporting development of reporting suite with the Reporting Centre of Excellence Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis to drive insights and improve operational performance.
