The Sales Incentives and Reporting Analyst will be an integral part of the Sales Incentives team to provide support with calculating analysing and reporting sales commissions. This role will participate in end-to-end commissions process and provide key actionable insights that support sales performance and strategic decision-making.Key responsibilitiesSales Performance Data Analysis Perform variance analysis and run reconciliation reports for transaction and payout data. Identify trends anomalies and opportunities in sales data. Track participation engagement and effectiveness of all incentive programs. Support Commission modelling and cost forecasting activities.Reporting Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance and compensation metrics. Collaborate with Sales Intelligence team for dashboards and visualization of Sales Performance metricsSales Compensation Administration Calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions in alignment with compensation plans. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments. Ensure data integrity across systems related to sales performance and compensation. Administration of SPIFs launched to boost short term objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for Sales team regarding commission-related inquiries and disputes. Partner with Sales Ops Finance HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and data integrity. Assist in the design and implementation of new sales compensation plans and system enhancements.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to internal policies SOX controls and regulatory requirement Maintain comprehensive documentation for all commission processes and calculations.Essential requirementsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics or a related fieldKnowledge of Xactly Incent or other ICM platform3 years of experience in sales commission analysis financial reporting or sales operationsStrong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Power Query) and data analysisExperience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce NetSuite)Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau Power BICommercial at AVEVAOur Commercial team comprised of over 2000 dedicated colleagues is the backbone of our customer relationships and business growth.
