Job Description:


  • We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our growing team. 
  • The Engagement Support Officer plays a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication and engagement with our stakeholders, as well as supporting various projects. The role involves executing engagement strategies, including email and phone call campaigns, to increase engagement with our platform across primary care.
  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with experience of driving engagement with technology or other innovative solutions (ideally in an NHS setting), be proficient in using Hubspot, and be adept at providing comprehensive administrative and project support.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the wider team with the execution of onboarding and engagement strategies to increase the uptake of our platform across GP practices
  • Send email campaigns through Hubspot and analyse and optimise their performance to enhance engagement
  • Contact practices by phone to facilitate engagement and collect feedback
  • Maintain positive relationships and address the needs and concerns of practices
  • Communicate the value of the C the Signs platform to our users and pull in wider members of the team as needed to support these conversations
  • Attend stakeholder meetings to record minutes and track actions and follow-up tasks. Communicate meeting outcomes promptly and accurately to relevant parties
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, managing all logistical details efficiently
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
  • Keep Hubspot up to date with customer information including tracking usage data
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer records
  • Support the organisation of internal resources and documents
  • Assist in triaging and responding to user queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry and team activity coordination
  • Provide project support by assisting in the planning, execution and monitoring of various projects


Person specification:


  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within customer success or engagement functions 
  • Proficient in using HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conscientious, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for improving customer outcomes and satisfaction
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
