With a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and technological advancement, the organisation prides itself on fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.The role / The individual:As a software engineer, you will work within an integrated project team and be responsible for creating high quality and robust designs and code; for fully documenting and recording your work products; keeping them underconfiguration managementand providing plans and progress reports. Strong programming expertise inC++14, with extensive experience usingVisual Studiofor development,debugging, and performance optimisation. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintainembedded softwareonRTOS platformssuch asVxWorks, including target integration and validation. Strong grasp ofObject-Oriented Design(OOD)principles. Strongunit testskills using tools such as MS Test Framework. Experience in interpreting and managing requirements throughIBM DOORS, maintaining fulltraceabilityfrom definition toverification. Proven ability to work closely with other teams (i.e.systems), translating requirements intotechnicaldeliverables and ensuring alignment with project goals. Demonstratesownership,attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both client andinternal stakeholdersto deliver high-quality outcomes.
