Studio Operator, Live Streaming

As a Studio Operator you will join the the Live Streaming team, who are responsible for the administration of all elements of our Live Streaming product, including first line escalation and quality control.
You will be responsible for the administration of our industry leading Live Stream portfolio, including scheduling, auditing and initial troubleshooting of any issues.
You will liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders to assist in the successful delivery of over 750,000 Live Stream events annually.
Full training will be given which will provide you with the knowledge you require to become a valuable part of the team. Your initial training will be completed with our team at our Malta Office.
This position is available on a full time basis and you will be required to work any five days from seven, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Typically you will work the hours of 6:45 -15:15 and 11.15 -19.45.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to ensure the smooth delivery of service, for both internal and external customers.
- Experience of Microsoft Office products and data-based software.
- Wide-ranging knowledge and interest of various sports is advantageous, but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Combining Live Stream schedules from various third parties on to one internal platform.
- Auditing the Live Streaming of various sports for quality and functionality.
- Troubleshooting of live event issues.
- Escalating of issues to third parties and internal departments.
