Yard Marshall

Were looking for a Yard Marshall to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our yard operates safely efficiently and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. Working as part of the site team at Sharpsmart youll coordinate vehicle movements manage access and maintain a safe environment for our drivers third-party operators and staff.This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From banksman duties and gate checks to organizing vehicle queuing and managing third-party driver communications youll be central to keeping our yard running smoothly and safely.
