Composite Laminator

We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a leading Formula One team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of motorsport technology, contributing to the manufacture of high-performance composite components for race cars competing at the highest level.Key Responsibilities Lay-up and laminate composite components to exact specifications using pre-preg materials. Work from engineering drawings and technical instructions to ensure precision and quality. Trim, fit, and finish composite parts to meet stringent performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets. Conduct self-inspection and ensure compliance with quality control processes.Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in composite laminating within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries. Strong understanding of pre-preg lay-up techniques and vacuum bagging processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
