I looking for a skilled D365 CE Consultant to join my client's team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and omnichannel solutions to help my client optimize their customer relationship management processes. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • D365 CE Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Omnichannel Solutions: Utilize your experience with omnichannel platforms to enhance customer interactions across various touchpoints, including social media, email, chat, and more.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365 CE to meet the specific needs of the client, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all channels.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the D365 CE system.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant, with a focus on omnichannel solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: Strong understanding of omnichannel platforms and their integration with D365 CE.
  • Data Management: Experience with data migration and ensuring data integrity.
  • Training and Support: Ability to train and support end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
