Clinical Specialist - Neurological Physiotherapist (Bank)Ross Hall Clinic BraeheadBank ShiftsSalary: Up to 22.00 per hour (depending on level of experience training and qualification)Ross Hall Clinic Braehead in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.We have an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.This is a bank role working on an as and when required basis you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.Duties of this role include:Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke brain injury spinal cord injury multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons disease.Use advanced clinical reasoning to create and implement tailored treatment and rehabilitation programmesActively contribute to MDT meetings goal-setting sessions and family reviews.Support and mentor junior physiotherapists therapy assistants or students.Maintain accurate comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in line with HCPC and CHG standards.Contribute to service development projects and innovation in neurological rehabilitationApplicants should meet the following criteria:Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Significant post-graduate experience in physiotherapy with a substantial proportion in neurological rehabilitation.Knowledge of neurological conditions rehabilitation approaches and evidence-based practice.Experience in goal setting outcome measurement and multidisciplinary working.Strong communication interpersonal and documentation skills.Ability to work autonomously and manage a complex caseload.Must have experience in an outpatient setting.Salary & Benefits:Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate.Our culture is a result of the way our people live and breathe our philosophy which combines our purpose principles and values.To find out more about the Circle Health Group Philosophy: more about our Physiotherapy Centre and the services we offer on our website: Experience:IC Key Skills Bidding,Accomodation,Aircraft,LTE,Health Club,Activex Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
