As a Benugo Cafe Team Member youll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and process paymentsPrepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffeesAssist in food preparation and presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe areaRestock supplies and monitor inventory levelsWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operationsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAdhere to all food safety and health regulationsParticipate in ongoing training and development programsQualifications : Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitudeStrong communication abilities and interpersonal skillsProficiency in food handling and safety practicesAbility to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculationsDemonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborateExcellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in food service or retail (preferred)Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysAdditional Information : Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
