Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business goals and enhance our service offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and drive partnership initiatives that contribute to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Partnership Strategy: Identify potential partners that align with Insignia’s objectives and develop a strategic plan for outreach and engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to create joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns that leverage partnerships.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms that support business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the partnership landscape.
- Networking: Represent Insignia at industry events and conferences to cultivate new partnerships and promote our brand.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving results.
- Knowledge of UK eco system as it relates to HNW and UHNW b2b partnership opportunities.
- Knowledge of different partnership constructs: white label, co brand, referral agreements.
- Ability to conduct and close discussions on contracting with the identified partners.
- To include definition of relevant measures of success and Service Level Agreements SLAs / other KPIs from the contract and managing partnerships on the basis of ensuring delivery of these targeted outcomes and results.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
