We are recruiting a Contractor Compliance & CDM Officer to support safe delivery of Facilities Management projects across multiple UK sites. If you have a strong background in Health & Safety within construction or FM environments and enjoy working proactively with contractors and internal teams, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.This role is ideal for someone who is confident in CDM compliance, auditing, site inspections and ensuring contractor control measures are effectively implemented.The role• Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections on FM projects• Ensure contractor compliance with CDM and company policies• Report on H&S performance, risks and improvement actions• Support investigations and produce data-driven analysis• Provide guidance to improve safety standards across sites• Build strong working relationships with project teams and contractors• Travel regularly between UK locations and manage workload independentlyLocation: Hybrid role with 3–4 days per week on-site (UK-wide travel required)What we offer• Annual company bonus up to £2,500 based on performance• Pension scheme with up to 14% combined contributions• Paid overtime available• Up to 15 additional flexi-leave days• Flexible hybrid working• Enhanced parental leave and support packages• Excellent onsite facilities...
