  • Divorce Proceedings & Separation
  • Children Act Proceedings
  • Financial Provision
  • Injunction Applications
  • Schedule 1 Children Act
  • Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
In addition to managing your own caseload, you will also take on supervisory responsibilities for less experienced team members. You will assist the Head of Department in growing and developing the Family Law Department, contributing to both marketing and business development efforts.This role is based at the Walsall office, with occasional travel to their other branches in Cannock and Sutton Coldfield to meet clients as required.What they are looking for:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in private Family Law
  • Confidence, strong organisational skills, and approachability
  • Proven track record in business development and marketing
  • Enthusiasm for team supervision and mentoring
