The Job MissionThis is a hybrid role with three days a week based at our Bristol (Aztec West) office. We can only consider candidates living within a commutable distance though limited relocation support may be available.Youll take the lead on fire detection systems within a major nuclear project ensuring supplier performance design compliance and technical integrity from design to delivery.Responsibilities:Resolve technical queries between suppliers and the clientSupport the contract lead through design and procurement stagesFollow equipment manufacture testing and on-site deliveryReview supplier technical documents and surveillance reportsManage risks opportunities and design change requestsCoordinate multidisciplinary interfaces for fire detection systems Validate and track modifications using dedicated tools Qualifications : Skills & QualificationsDegree in Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of fire detection and protection standardsExperience in instrumentation equipment design or procurementStrong background in technical document review and supplier follow-upFamiliarity with UK/EU electrical standardsExperience in heavy industries such as nuclear power or oil & gas Additional Information : This is your opportunity to help shape the UKs clean-energy future working within a team that delivers engineering excellence on globally significant nuclear projects.
