The Role The Site Manager will manage all site resources including labour, plant and materials and programming, as well as on-site health and safety and client customer service. As the No. 1 on site, you will be the decision maker and expected to take ownership of all site issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.Some training can be provided, if you are ready to progress your career.The Site Manager will be required to monitor all site activity against quality standards, productivity targets and deadlines. Communication is key, and you will need to liaise with other members of the team and report directly to the MD to update them on the progress of the project.You will have experience of working in the house building industry and have experience of meeting NHBC/Premier standards. It is important that you have a broad understanding of all trades and have a thorough knowledge of the construction process and programming the build process. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and be computer literate.
