Good communication skills positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team to deliver a great service are required.We require a handyperson Monday to Friday 3 hours per day 15hrs per week in total to be based at Fylde Day Services in Kirkham. Times to be negotiated. Duties may occasionally include some work at our day service in Fleetwood in addition to Short Breaks Services in the area. Applicants must have acurrent clean full driving licence and ability to travel within the district.Main duties would be:To undertake general maintenance and repairs in LCC buildings as directed by the Service Manager.Carrying out routine Health & Safety checks / inspections and reporting findings.To carry out specific cleaning duties both internally and externally* this list is not exhaustiveThis position is part time.
