Little Thinkers are looking to appoint a Childcare Apprentice for our Nursery setting at New Horizons Primary School.We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming the lives of our children to join with us and support in the childcare at our exciting new provision whilst you are gaining hands on experience and working towards recognised childcare qualifications.Under the direction of the Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager you will be expected to provide a high standard of childcare within a stimulating and friendly environment that is physically and emotionally secure. Childrens welfare must be of paramount importance.If successful you will be enrolled onto either a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or 24-month Level 3 Early Years Educator (dependant on experience) Apprenticeship.. You will attend taught lessons at college which will give you the knowledge and understanding into what goes into becoming a proficient Early Years Practitioner. Supported by your assessor coach course tutor and the team at New Horizons you will get the chance to hone these skills every day.
