DescriptionJob Purpose:The PMO Manager will ensure that all change initiatives across the organization are well structured and in compliance with defined governance standards to facilitate transparency in achieving strategic goals. Responsible for reporting accurate and insightful management information to senior management to support fast decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Portfolio Governance and Control:Establish and maintain project governance processesEnsure adherence to project management standards and methodologiesMonitor change portfolio progress risks and issuesFinancial Management:Track project budgets and expendituresAssist in financial forecasting and reportingEnsure cost control measures are in placeReporting and Metrics:Generate regular status reportsCollect and analyze required data for performance metricsPresent insights to senior managementStakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholdersManage stakeholder expectationsAddress inquiries and concernsProcess Improvement:Continuously improve project management processesIdentify areas for efficiency gainsImplement best practicesPMO Continuous Improvement:Ensuring key deliverables are being met in line with the Global PMO RoadmapProviding support knowledge transfer and guidance on PMO best practice and ensuring all work produced is consistently at a high standardTooling:Supporting with defining and building requirements for enhancements to Smartsheet (core PPM tool)Creating workflows and necessary documentation to ensure alignment across both the PMO team and the wider organizationEnsuring requirements are fit for purpose through regular testing and highlighting risks and issuesSupporting with the creation of training material and training workshops to ensure the organization is equipped with the correct knowledge in how to use the tool for their individual needsKey Skills & ExperienceDeep understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practicesProject budget forecasting and tracking experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levelsExcellent at managing and influencing with a strong collaborative approachAdaptability strong communication skills and a keen eye for detailExperience with SmartsheetRequired Competencies:Ability to support the creation of a high-performance culture within a business change context.Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and deliver required business outcomes.Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience in dynamic environments.Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances.Influences and resolves complex requirements challenges across the organization.Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment and influence groups outside of immediate organization to execute efficiently#LI-DNIRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,PMBOK,PPM Tools,Waterfall,Project Server,Project Management,Sharepoint,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,SDLC Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
