Account Manager at Immersive Me


Immersive-me is a  Multimedia creative studio that designs & delivers  immersive & interactive experiences. Our Studio cultivates a dynamic environment for experimenting with new technologies and artistic innovation. With our cross-disciplinary approach, we assist forward-thinking organisations in creating truly memorable experiences.


It’s an exciting time to join our growing studio, with a major rebrand about to launch, we are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing our new vision. 



Role Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team at Immersive-me. This individual Will bring a Wealth of experience and will be pivotal in driving the growth of our company, leveraging their exceptional communication skills, creative flair, and strong initiative. The ideal candidate is not just a people person with a talent for nurturing relationships but also a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. They should be ambitious and passionate, possessing a solid work ethic and the self-motivation to just get on with it. We're looking for someone who is both driven and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culture and a keen interest in contributing to and developing innovative ideas are essential. This role calls for a proactive leader who can identify new opportunities, foresee future trends, and thrive in the company of our incredibly talented team of creatives, makers, and doers.


Core Responsibilities


Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure strong, enduring relationships. Obtain, evaluate, and implement post-project feedback to refine our approach and better understand client needs.



CRM: Keep our CRM system up-to-date and efficiently utilised.


Ideation: Craft engaging pitches and translate briefs into actionable ideas. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects push boundaries yet remain achievable.


Financial Acumen: Manage quotes to ensure quality while maintaining profitability.



Data Analysis: Use data to direct our strategies, identifying opportunities and areas for enhancement.


Business Development: Network to establish connections that reflect our brand values and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships. Create tailored pitches that captivate and convince potential clients. Stay informed and connected in the immersive tech industry.


Creative: Develop ideas from client requirements into compelling briefs, working closely with our technical and creative teams. Use market insights to refine and bolster our creative offerings.






Your Profile


3+ Years Relevant Industry Experience: You've successfully closed & managed £100k+ projects Especially within the design, creative, marketing, OOH agency, or creative studio sectors.


Communication: Clear, concise, and compelling in both team chats and client presentations.


Problem Solver: Problem solving is at the core of what we do. Relishing these moments is a must and proven experience is key. You’re not afraid to tell the truth. 


Team Player: You understand the strength in collaboration and contribute to our collective success.


An acute attention to detail: Someone who questions everything they see and thinks about every possible outcome. 


Strategic thinker: You can analyse, foresee and develop Long term solutions that align with the company's goals. 


Technical Interest: Familiarity or interest in immersive technologies is a bonus but not essential.


Organisational Skills: You're adept at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.


Independent & Collaborative: While you appreciate direction, you're proactive with your ideas and solutions, thriving both independently and as part of a team.


Resilience: You adapt and thrive, even when faced with challenges.


Creative: Having a creative streak is a must. An eye for design is key. 


Curiosity: you ask questions , you explore, you’re naturally curious.


Persistence:  You have Dogged determination. You don’t take no for an answer.
