An exciting organisation in the manufacturing industry have recently approached Mitchell Adam to assist with their search for a Senior Management Accountant. They offer hybrid working and try to map out a strong progression avenue for their employees, if a successful Senior Management Accountant candidate were to deliver a high quality of work for a sustained period, they will be in line to receive increases in title, duties and salary. The organisation have gone through a period of expansion and are looking to bring on a talented individual to hit the ground running. The role consists of producing the management accounts and working directly with Senior Management, producing reports and being directly involved with finance meetings where your input, commentary and opinions will be valued and heard. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational Management Accountant to take the step up, or an experienced individual to move to a business where they will be valued and rewarded.
Skills Required- To have experience producing Management Accounts from beginning to end. Including posting journals and completing reconciliations.
- To be confident and charismatic. In this role you will be engaging with senior directors and management, it is key to be able to communicate effectively.
- To be currently studying, or to have previously studied for an accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.
- To have experience either working in Manufacturing, or ideally in a similar industry.
