Your new company This expanding financial services organisation is focused on delivering commercial lending and bridging finance solutions. With a new office opening in Milton Keynes, they are building a strong operational team to support growth.Your new role As Operations Manager (New Business), you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key responsibilities include:Managing client onboarding for lending and bridging finance products.
