About the Role and Key Responsibilities As a SEND Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for education are key to success in this role.
