We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.

You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works, and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive attitude. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment. You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service and have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance, applying this knowledge to the role.

It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, be available to join a call-out rota, and hold a full UK driving license.
