The Recruitment Group is looking an IT Technician.As an IT Technician you will be involved with ensuring the smooth operation of the small team in a fast-paced business department.If you are interested in the IT Technician role, please read below.Pay for an IT Technician: * £12.15 per hourHours for an IT Technician: * Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-15:00Responsibilities of a Technician: * Provide IT support to a wide range of business partners. * Support and maintain the IT systems and network. * Implement operational improvements to the company’s IT processes. * Installing and configuring IT and communication systems, hardware, software and peripherals. * Diagnosing hardware and software faults (remotely, over the phone or in person.) * Diagnosing and solving technical and application problems, using external partners if required. * Undertake necessary planned maintenance and upgrades. * Prepare logins, email addresses and IT kit for new users joining the company. * Participate in the delivery of projects including mobile and fixed line telephony. * Document troubleshooting measuresRequired Skills: * Excellent written and spoken communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines. * Operate with a ‘can do’ attitude showing enthusiasm and energy. * Relevant IT qualification or experience. * .Benefits: * Temp ongoing * Free on-site parking.If you believe this is the right role for you then contact Charlotte at our Loughborough branch now
