We are seeking a dynamic Group Intercompany Controller to lead support and challenge our business operations to achieve excellence in this area. This important role is primarily based in Glasgow with occasional travel within the UK and to India.Why Aggreko Here are some of the perks and rewards:A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan bonus scheme and Life Assurance)Generous holiday entitlement with option to buy or sellA focus on continued personal developmentPaid time off work for volunteering in the communityAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat youll do:Establish and operate governance processes to drive compliance with Group intercompany policies and proceduresDrive process compliance through partnering with operational finance teams to identify and implement corrective actionsAnalyse and resolve intercompany mismatches disputes and aged settlement positions collaborativelyIdentify and support the implementation of process improvementsCollaborate with Group Finance Tax and Treasury teams to ensure effective governance and controlsProvide training and support to intercompany stakeholders across the businessYoull have the following skills and experience:A bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferredExperience in a Controllership or Compliance role within a global business environment; exposure to complex intercompany processes preferredProven ability to drive compliance with Finance processes and effectively operate governance frameworksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work autonomously and to seek out understand and analyse complex informationHands-on experience with ERP systemsFind out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
