You'll work closely with the Head of Functions and lead the change team in navigating this exciting transformation. Your mission? To ensure a smooth transition while maintaining service provision and supporting our people through the change processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new operating models. Manage the change team activities with effective coordination. Develop role designs and plans aligned with new systems and processes. Lead individual and collective consultation processes ensuring legal compliance.
