Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry scope and length providing an exceptional early career path experiencing diverse consulting engagements early in their career.As an Associate Consultant you will: Have direct andimmediate client facing accessHands on mentoring from and access to senior-level leadershipDistill actionable and intriguing insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and appropriate analytical frameworksEffectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through the creation of creative and impactful presentationsBe supported by an unparalleled group of peers and leaders throughout each engagementThe Essentials for Success: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the college or university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious self-motivated able to prioritize effectively and possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultantsare expected to be comfortable working on their own independently as well as in a collaborative manner and bring excellent communication skills confidence and a can-do attitude.Required:Bachelors degree in 2026 from an accredited college or university. Targeted majors include Business Economics Engineering Liberal Arts Mathematics and Science though we remain open to other disciplinesDemonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologiesRelevant internships are a plusExceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modelingInitiative-taking - exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as neededComfort with ambiguity - ability to synthesize implications and triangulating from various data sourcesWell organized - ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communicationDemonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skillsForeign language fluency preferred but not requiredStrong computer skills (Excel PowerPoint MS Word)Commitment to hybrid work in the London officeCandidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship now and in the futureKaiser Associates provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
